Blickpunkt Identität
The Austrian multiplier event took place 02 October 2019 in the premises of the Berufsförderungsinstitut Oberösterreich (Vocational Training Institute Upper Austria).

A total of 16 counsellors belonging to the Austrian "Jugendcoaching" (youth coaching) took part in this event. The youth coaching is an Austrian initiative to improve the educational level and labour market opportunities of young people and to prevent early dropouts from education and training. During this event, special attention was paid to the handling and interpretation of the Soft Skills Questionnaire and to the handling of the consulting approach Soft Skills Profile. For the consultants, these two instruments are particularly important for the planned piloting. Furthermore, the exercises of Success@work, the manual for the development of soft skills, were discussed. Some exercises were also tried out in practice.

Generally speaking, there was a lot of interest in the products of our project.
