Working to improve the quality of education in the Americas through teacher training
In response to a mandate from the VI Inter-American Meeting of Ministers of Education, the Inter-American Teacher Education Network (ITEN) was born, which is one of the initiatives of the DHDEE that aims to contribute to the improvement of quality and equality of education in the Americas by promoting the exchange of knowledge, capacity building, and technical assistance to advance the teaching profession in the region.
