Ministers of Education approve the Antigua and Barbuda Action Plan 2019 and announce scholarship opportunities for youth in the region The highest educational authorities approved on July 9, at the OAS headquarters, the Action Plan of Antigua and Barbuda 2019, which will promote the implementation of the Inter-American Educational Agenda (AEI) . Teacher training will benefit more than 9,000 children from vulnerable environments in Guyana and Barbados On May 24 and July 9 at the OAS Headquarters in Washington DC the beginning of the implementation of the OAS-ProFuturo program with Guyanaand Barbados was announced. These programs will make possible to improve educational quality through digital education in highly vulnerable environments in the Caribbean where teachers will be trained in the use of technologies and the incorporation of innovative methodologies in their primary classes with the support of the Educational Portal of the Americas of the DHDEE.
