Meet Laura Glass, co-chair of the Done in a Day Committee. Laura has been a member of JLLI for 2 years. Her favorite project was co-chairing the NICU welcome packages. Here she is working as a Speech Language Pathologist.



Meet Remi Farnan. Remi has been in the Junior League for 3 years. Her favorite JLLI experience has been volunteering in our Thrift Shop alongside our staff. Remi is an Assistant Project Manager at Sciame Construction.

We'd like to officially welcome Tami Brehse, Kency Orcel, Kelcey Wolff, Azalie Derard and Sandra Wilson, who have met all of the provisional requirements and are now active members of the Junior League of Long Island. Congratulations!!!
 

 

For Operation Backpack the Junior League of Long Island collected, purchased, donated and assembled 10 backpacks for students at Woodward Parkway Elementary School in Farmingdale, to help them start the year off right. For the 2nd year in a row we partnered with Pay it Forward Long Island whose efforts are helping 200 students in need with their school supplies.
