A recent MOTLOT edition, the Strategy of One, struck a chord in many of you who are committed to leading a healthy-er life and yet feel overwhelmed by all of it. You commented that focusing on one single healthy habit at a time is something that you can and would actually do.
So to encourage you to move toward your healthy-er place, I designed this MOTLOT Healthy-er You Challenge.
Here’s how it works.
- Every Friday, I’ll send you the healthy habit for the week, ranging from easy to more difficult.
- You’ll do the habit for 7 days.
- At the end of the week, you’ll email me or tag me in an Instagram post, something like “hey @motlotliving, I met my healthy-er challenge this week.”
- The next week, I"ll send a new healthy habit. And at the end of the second week, you’ll email me or tag me again.
We’ll do this for 4 weeks. And at the end of the month, you will have formed 4 new habits for your daily healthy-er living.
