A recent MOTLOT edition, the Strategy of One, struck a chord in many of you who are committed to leading a healthy-er life and yet feel overwhelmed by all of it. You commented that focusing on one single healthy habit at a time is something that you can and would actually do.

So to encourage you to move toward your healthy-er place, I designed this MOTLOT Healthy-er You Challenge

Here’s how it works. 

  • Every Friday, I’ll send you the healthy habit for the week, ranging from easy to more difficult. 
  • You’ll do the habit for 7 days.
  • At the end of the week, you’ll email me or tag me in an Instagram post, something like “hey @motlotliving, I met my healthy-er challenge this week.” 
  • The next week, I"ll send a new healthy habit. And at the end of the second week, you’ll email me or tag me again.

We’ll do this for 4 weeks. And at the end of the month, you will have formed 4 new habits for your daily healthy-er living.

The Fine Print

  1. Pick the degree of difficulty that will truly be a challenge for you. If the challenge is to eat 2 cups of leafy greens every day, and you already eat 2 cups of kale, then add another vegetable to your plate every day. 
  2. Complete 4 weeks: Momentum breeds success!
  3. Even Healthy-er! If you can, maintain the first week's habit when you start week 2; maintain week 1 and 2 when you start week 3. The cumulative effect is powerful!
Prize: Well, I was always bugged by an answer like “your prize is the pride you get from knowing you completed it”. None of that here! Your prize for completing the 30 day challenge is a nutritional consultation with me and a customized recipe e-book based on your health needs.
