☘️ St. Patrick's Day
Springtime for New Beginnings
Our Beautiful Cambria
Friends, Family and Neighbors
With St. Patrick's Day in mind.....here's an Irish Blessing!
May your troubles be less, and your blessings
be more, and nothing
but Happiness come through your door.
For those who missed our program last month, Kitty Connolly, Executive Director of the Friends of the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve, was our speaker for the February Zoom meeting. Kitty’s talk focused on the natural history of the ranch and future plans to insure it’s preservation for everyone to enjoy.
Thank you Janet Cooper, CNC program co-chair for collaborating with Kitty to bring us this interesting and informative program.
A heartfelt thank you to Mary Murphy , CNC Membership chair for our elegant Cambria Neighbors Club 2021 directory.
Our Zoom meetings are coming along with 30 to 36 members attending, our board is thrilled to see you and the interactive participation in the CNC meetings.
Once again, I encourage you to come and visit with us on March 18, 2021 at 12:30. We will have a wonderful presentation from Michele Roest about the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary. Ask a friend, a new friend, another member and your neighbors to join us.
All are welcome!
Till then, my wish for each of you,
Good Days, Good Health and Happiness.

For the last 10 years she has been founder and principal of her consulting firm, Science Environmental and Education Development (SEED). Michele taught biology at Cuesta College and teaches part-time at Cal Poly. She also teaches a California Naturalist Certification Program through Cuesta College Community Education. In March 2000, Michele joined Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary as community liaison. The sanctuary’s protection extends from San Francisco to the Fiscalini Ranch in Cambria.
Michele’s presentation will be a colorful exploration into the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary and what makes it so special. Come learn about how sanctuaries protect our ocean and the communities adjacent to them, like Cambria.
