UGA CoP 16 oz Color Changing Cups Phi Delta Chi is selling reusable cups that change color when ice-cold beverages are added! The price is $12 and the color is translucent red. Rx-Pups-SSPA is happy to announce that we will be selling handmade candles in a variety of 10 scent options, with the names Dreaming of Zolpidem, I am I am Alprazolam, Phired Up, PharmDawg Fresh, Dawg on Tired, Dawg on Proud, Oh my Globulin, Study Break, Fresh PPE, and We are Pharmaly. The Small is $10 (8 oz) and the large is $15 (16 oz). Candles must be paid for by February 22nd in order to assure delivery before Summer Break.
The latest edition of NCPA's Clinical Pearls is on its way, and you do not want to miss out!!! Clinical Pearls is a reference guide for many common disease states that can be used on clinical rotations as well as in many classes or daily practice. Each chapter includes common drugs, dosing, and algorithms for that particular disease state. The cost is $20 for NCPA members and $25 for non-NCPA members. Shipping is available for $3/book. APhA-ASP is working with UGA Miracle to raise money for Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, our local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital. Our goal is to raise a total of $500 by February 12th! We are in a friendly competition with many other College of Pharmacy organizations to raise the most money for Miracle. So far, we have raised $171! Here are some ways that you can contribute to a great cause:

APhA-ASP BALLOON ICON CAMPAIGN Donors of $1 (or more) will have their name placed on a Children's Miracle Network balloon which will be displayed in Pharmacy South.
Need a serotonin boost? Take a mental health break and participate in CPNP’s first ever pet photo contest to support UGA Miracle! Email a fun photo or video of your favorite furry, feathered, finned, or scaly friend to Amelia Clary (email@example.com) byFebruary 1st to enter. In the email, please also include your pets name and some information about them ( their favorite snacks, activities, places to visit). The entry fee for each pet is $2 (venmo: @CPNPUGA). For your pet entry and vote via Venmo, please include the pets name in the transaction note. All of the pets entered will be featured on our instagram, so make sure to follow us @cpnp.uga. The COP will vote on their favorite photo starting February 2nd (1 vote = $1). The pet with the most votes by February 12th will win a $30 PetCo gift card!
Get your College of Pharmacy T-shirt for the third-annual fundraiser benefiting UGA Miracle and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta! Shirts are $20 and we ask that you submit one form per shirt if you choose to buy multiple (which you definitely should). Shirts are a gray "comfort colors" style. The deadline to order AND pay is Tuesday, February 9 at 5:00pm. You must have your payment submitted by this time to have your order processed, as we want these to arrive in time for Dance Marathon, Miracle's capstone fundraiser. On Tuesday, February 2nd and Tuesday, February 9th, RxPups-SSPA will be holding a Dress Down For The Kids day where you can bypass professional dress by paying $1.00 for a wristband! This fundraiser will benefit UGA Miracle, and we would love your support for this awesome cause! Students who have lab Tuesday will still be expected to dress appropriately (scrubs or professional dress), but may change and purchase a wristband if they wish to participate. We will be selling wristbands both mornings from 7:45am-11:00am in the Pharmacy South lobby. We will also have an RxPups-SSPA member in your class to pass out bands if you miss us. If you wish to pay for your band in advance, you can venmo us at @UGA-SSPA-1, or you can pay Tuesday morning with cash, paypal or venmo.

SNPhA will be selling FULL SIZE candy bars for $1.50 during ORG HOUR in the Pharmacy South Lobby on the following Thursdays: January 28, February 4, and February 11. Stop by to purchase a delicious candy bar to get you through your day while supporting the a wonderful cause #FORTHEKIDS. UNICEF at UGA
UNICEF is currently leading efforts to distribute the COVID-19 vaccine globally and is fundraising to purchase 2 billion COVID-19 vaccines. UNICEF at UGA is launching a new Instagram store to support these efforts. We will be selling handmade jewelry, keychains, scarves, and treat boxes for Valentine’s Day. The store is available online at the @unicefuga Instagram through February 12th, and we will have a physical store set up in Tate plaza from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM on February 11th and 12th.
