2019 Cheese Class Schedule
Our Cheese Classes are the First Friday of each Month,
from1:00 - 3:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted.)
Complimentary Wine Tasting is included in each class.
Each participant receives a recipe, and a delicious sample of cheese.
Artisanal cheeses for tasting before and during class.
Our informative and highly interactive classes are taught by the
award winning team from The Epicurean Connection.
Each cheese class is $40.00, payable at time of registration.

Fromage Blanc with
Freshly Harvested & Pressed Pinot Noir Grape Juice
David Cook will be providing the class with,
"right off the vine, fresh pressed Pinot Noir Grape Juice."
He will also be updating us on what's happening in the vineyards
and ready to answer your questions about Harvest 2019!
