Local Initiatives & Get Involved

Solar Schools 
Photovoltaic (PV) providers can now ‘rent a roof’ from a school and are responsible for all elements of financing, installing, and maintaining of the PV equipment.  The school benefits from a discounted rate for any electricity they use which is produced by the panels.  Please contact EWT@Brighton-Hove.gov.uk for further information.

Breathe in Brighton
This project has created a useful factsheet written specifically for schools and teachers in Brighton about air pollution and ways to create safer journeys to schools. 
Workshops & Outdoor Learning

Brighton & Hove house sparrow project are offering free next box building workshops to schools.
