The Prenatal Infection Prevention Symposium (PIPS) is a virtual collaboration of health care professionals, researchers, families, and other interested individuals working towards minimizing the burden of miscarriages, stillbirths, preterm births and babies sick at birth due to prenatal infection.

We welcome everyone with an interest in prenatal health.

Did you know?

Up to 24% of stillbirths
 in developed countries
have been attributable to infection.

Infection may contribute to
nearly half of the stillbirths
in developing countries. (2)
