Match & Make 2019 @
On 29 March, the Match & Make 2019 programme was held, attended by members of the 6 different Brussels clusters (software, screen, lifetech, hospitality, retail, greentech). Participants were thrilled to meet beyond their respective sectors and to develop new business partnership ideas. The morning ended with an inspiring presentation by Stijn Christiaens, CTO of the scaleup Collibra. Collibra, a true success story made in Brussels, first made itself known in 2019 as the first Belgian unicorn in history. Its core business focuses on data governance.

Welcome to our new member ! is a SaaS solution aimed at improving the retention of knowledge acquired as a result of training, by offering trainers the possibility of carrying out a post-training course for their trainees, using interactive tools (quizzes, etc. facilitated by their platform) Gamification and various interesting principles are envisaged to boost learning.

Artificial Intelligence
The AI 4 Belgium Coalition set up by the federal government in 2018 has submitted its report on AI in Belgium. A set of recommendations has been formulated which will serve as a basis for the digital strategy of future federal and regional governments. The report can be downloaded via this link.
