Urgent: Cuban churches waiting for your help!
Dear pastor and congregation,
Receive greetings in the name of our beloved Jesus Christ. It is a privilege to participate in a partnership with our sister churches in Cuba. As 2021 comes to an end it is time to reflect that despite the pandemic, the people of God continue to stand, placing their trust in our Savior and Redeemer.
Thank you to all churches and sponsors that continue to send their help to the sister churches in Cuba. Today more than ever the hope in Jesus keeps us constant and firm, no matter the circumstance.
In the face of these trying times, we should remember the church in Thessalonica. Despite being poor, they were able to send help to the church in Jerusalem. Today in Canada we must commit ourselves to supporting the churches in Cuba. Despite the limitations that some of our churches face here at home.
Let's celebrate Christmas and take time to pray for our churches in Cuba. Let's celebrate Christmas by committing ourselves to financially support one of the local churches and their pastor. Let's call for families from our congregations here in Canada to sponsor a Cuban sister church.
"Not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." Philippians 2: 4
Thank you to all who have already sent your contribution. I encourage that those churches and sponsors who haven’t sent out the help, to please do it now. You still have a short time before the year end.
May the peace of God be poured out in each one of you and I pray that through his love we learn to be in solidarity with those who suffer and have great needs.

Please ensure you include in the message that the funds are for Cuba.
