  • In 2018 Carol H. Lee, MD, FACEP became the New EM Residency Program Director at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center
     
  • The Department of Emergency Medicine at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center was awarded the Arrowhead VANGUARD of the Year award by the ARMC Foundation for recognition and appreciation for consistent support of ARMCs efforts to have a significant impact on the center’s clinical programs, physician assistant fellowship programs and graduate medical education.
     
  • Kaushal Shah, MD is the new Vice Chair of Education at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medicine Emergency Department
     
  • Wallace Carter, MD will be stepping down as Program Director after 27 years, where he spent the last 17 at New York Presbyterian where he founded the program. Dr. Carter will remain at the Cornell Campus full time where he will return to a more robust role in EMS and to delve into faculty development and education.
