 Southern nil. Tm Wellington 1
At the STADIUM...
Wellington was just too good, Southern battled... but not quite enough, and allowed Scot Hailes side room to mount some pedestrian attacks, which deserved a slow hand clap, from the gigantic  crowd at the Stadium...
But they provided splashes of Class, and got a well taken 46 minute header, just when thoughts were turning to  half-time oranges.

Two Southern Games left ...  Auckland Away, and Well. Phoenix at home, plus the other match today was won 5-2 by Waitakere over Hawkes Bay...
