 Well Done FIFA ! !
On top of funding our artificial Turf pitches, FIFA has selected NZ and Otago as a venue for the 2003 World Cup - thank you President Gianni Infantino  video here
SPL Pressure ON, since just One Rnd of games before Top 4 and Bottom 5 Split   Swift Results and Table Below... thanks  Gerry and well done the 'Pool.
An epic encounter at Ellis  -  Green Island won 6-1 with a superb Matt Brazier hat-trick. Goal Times say it all,  57 min Tom Milton, 62 an OG, 66 Brazier, 68 Cal Williams, 85 nother OG, 87 Brazier, then 90th min the big man Brazier completes his hat-trick. Roslyn's solitary goal was in the 62nd minute - a flash of hope for the faithful that was almost instantly extinguished.
Another bag of Goals appeared in Qtown with 9-nil over Northern,
Mosgiel battered Wanaka 7-nil, and Cavvy and Tech slugged out a nil-all Draw  :

SO,  23 goals in four matches... Excellent Striking - or Crap defending  ?
