RÉCIT Wrap-up
Resource Management in online teaching
The latest RÉCIT Wrap-up episode delves into resource management online. In a hybrid or online setting, it is important to think about how students can access material to make them more autonomous. Marc has a few things to say about that and references a Gather environment to help in visualizing the different aspects of teaching with tech.

Meet Mona!
Mona Taslimi, RÉCIT AGE consultant
Hello everyone!
My name is Mona and I will be your new regional RECIT AGE Educational Consultant.
I have twelve years of professional experience in the field of education where I had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and applied my expertise in various classrooms.
When it comes to teaching online, my objective as a teacher was always to motivate my students to develop their own learning interests and critical thinking to establish a learner-centered environment in the virtual classroom. My lessons considered the interconnection between the student’s own knowledge and learning abilities. I believe technology has become a big part of education and it is crucial for teachers to create lessons that stimulate the student’ mind and allow them to feel involved in their own learning process.
Furthermore, I completed a Master's in Education where I broadened my understanding of enduring, contemporary, and emerging educational theories, approaches, and mindsets in relation to diverse professional contexts.

Artificial Intelligence in the Classroom
Using artificial intelligence (AI) to generate written texts
ChatGPT is a new AI web tool that can be used by our adult learners to create written texts. With ChatGPT, adult learners simply type in any topic and the AI will generate a complete essay in just a matter of seconds. It will be difficult to detect AI-generated content as plagiarism since the content did not previously exist. What are the implications for educators and our adult learners? Read Avi’s latest blog post to learn more.
Teaching with tech
Gather RASE
