SAdly, millions of refugee children receive no form of education at all. On April 13 we welcome a panel from the PILAGlobal, which has launched safe havens called NESTS on three continents, where refugee and asylum-seeking children can enjoy respite from the chaos and indignities of refugee life, learn, grow, and thrive.

Opportunities to visit and/or volunteer at a PILA Nest will also be shared. Currently there are two NESTS in Tijuana, one each in Congo, Zimbabwe, Samos, and Lesvos, and a new one to open in Athens.
