Please join us on Sunday June 20th at The Mess Hall in Tustin for a fun socially-distanced, drive-in event that will include a screening of The Good Lie starring Reese Witherspoon as a refugee resettlement worker. The Orange County Jewish Coalition for Refugees (OCJCR) is a volunteer-led affiliate of HIAS. Established in January 2018, OCJCR is a group of individuals, synagogues, and Jewish communal organizations inspired by our people’s history to support refugees locally and worldwide. OCJCR is a signatory to the HIAS Welcome Campaign, a network of 455 congregations and organizations across the United States who are responding to the largest refugee crisis in human history. The Orange County Jewish Coalition for Refugees (OCJCR) is a fiscally sponsored project of OneOC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All funds raised by OCJCR are received by, and become the sole property of OneOC which, for internal operating purposes, allocates the funds to OCJCR.
