July 2020 special edition: NARI COVID-19 research
Welcome to a special edition of the Moving Pictures newsletter. We hope that you are keeping well and safe! Our thoughts go out especially to the many Victorians who are again under stage 3 restrictions as COVID-19 cases rise.
NARI COVID-19 research
The Moving Pictures team would like to share information about an important COVID-19 study currently being conducted at the National Ageing Research Institute with our readers.
HOW IS COVID-19 IMPACTING ON YOUR HEALTH & WELL-BEING?
An international social study of the health and wellbeing impacts of COVID-19
The National Ageing Research Institute and the University of Melbourne have teamed up with researchers at University College London to conduct a multi-national Covid-19 Social Study examining the longitudinal effects of the virus and social distancing measures on adults in the UK, USA and Australia. The study involves an initial 20-30 minute online questionnaire, followed by weekly questionnaires (15-25 minutes).
Click hereto take part in this important study to track changes in health and well-being due to Covid-19!
Please feel free to share with family, friends and colleagues!
NOTE: The project has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee of The University of Melbourne.
Navigating fact from fiction during COVID-19 can be tricky. Finding the information you need to stay healthy and access testing or services is not always straightforward, especially if you are from a Culturally & Linguistically Diverse background.
