Success = Diverse Management teams
(men + women)
One of the banking world’s top IT leaders has called for more women to consider a career in technology. Aldermore Banks’s Chief Information Officer, Rebecca Bunyan says that diversity needs to start at the top and with so few women making it to Executive level, has called for a more balanced senior workforce. She argues that a level playing field benefits both men and women and is vital to secure any company’s future success.
Rebecca has more than 20 years’ experience in IT/digital transformations and has worked globally with high performing teams within financial services. In conversation with Cmt’s Helen Eyre, she attributes her success to a laser focus on results, building a strong network and her communication skills.  But the biggest concern at the moment is the small number of women in the Tech pipeline.
