Although our Founder and CEO, Jennifer Foxworthy's birthday is on June 27th, she is hosting her 4th Annual Birthday Fundraiser For A Cause throughout the whole month of June. Jennifer has chosen Unstoppable You Ministries, Inc. to receive all in-kind donations. Donations can be made through the actual Facebook fundraiser event page, UYM website, or contact us for additional forms of payment methods. The birthday goal is to raise $5,000.00 to support survivors of domestic violence, human trafficking, and homelessness. In addition, we want to support and empower young boys and girls through our various platforms. Thank you in advance for coming alongside our mission and vision.
Did You Know?
Did you know that substance abuse intersects with domestic violence, human trafficking, and homelessness? Many times the abuser or trafficker will use opiates to control the victim and keep them in a sedated and dependent state of being. This way, the victim can be easily controlled. Additionally Many people who become homeless didn't start out that way. Unfortunately, due to their chronic medical problems opiates are prescribed for pain management. This can be habit forming and can ruin the lives of the individual as well as their families. All too often, the addict loses everything.
