Please be advised that the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) P3 Office has issued the second set of responses to questions received regarding the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Major Bridge P3 Initiative. Some RFQ questions received by PennDOT are not included in this set, but may be addressed in future RFQ Questions Response documents.
The responses are available on the “Major Bridges Program” page. Any RFQ responses to questions that require changes to the RFQ will result in changes in the future RFQ Amendment.
Interested proposers must submit an electronic copy of their statement of qualifications to design, build, finance, and maintain major interstate or expressway bridges and associated roadway and tolling infrastructure to PennDOT Public-Private Transportation Partnership Office as instructed in the Request for Qualifications document by 11:00 AM ET on Thursday, Aug. 5, 2021.
