Social media is often criticised for having a negative impact on self-esteem. But it doesn’t have to be that way. This episode looks more closely at how Jules, Nela and Marcus are affected by social media content and popular platforms. The differences between their social media self and their real world self are highlighted, encouraging viewers to think critically about their online interactions and experiences.
Weekly Anxiety Group is On!
The first meeting of the Anxiety Support Group started on Tuesday the 22nd February and will continue each Tuesday in 2022. People are welcome to attend on any Tuesday they are able to attend, fortnightly, monthly or whenever they are able to come.

Each meeting revolves around group members sharing experiences, supporting each other and learning from one another. Group members are invited to share their experiences if they would like to. Some people can also choose to come along and listen without talking, that's completely ok.  There is no formal ‘teaching’ component,  but group members can request information and resources from the facilitator if they want to.  The group is payable by gold coin donation. For more information please call (02) 6021 5773 or email administration@womenscentre.org.au
