COSTUME HANDOUTS
Costumes will be handed out for the Dance and Musical Theatre Concert the week commencing Monday, November 19th. Please take them out of the ziplock bag and hang them somewhere safe, keep the ziplock bag for costume return day. Some costumes will need to be ironed ready for the dress rehearsal, instructions will be in the bag. Some costumes will be handed out already on a hanger. Please take good care of the costumes.

COSTUME RETURN DAY - SATURDAY DECEMBER 8th, AT THE STUDIO
Please return the costumes in the ziplock bag that had your child's name on it.
Please ensure you return all the pieces of your costume, the contents of the bags will be checked and any missing items will need to be paid for. As it will only be my sister and I marking costumes off, I have staggered the drop off times to avoid you having to wait too long. If you can’t make your allocated time, it’s fine to come in another time slot, but please understand you may have to wait longer. If you can’t make Saturday at all, perhaps you could organise with another parent.
9:30 am to 10:30 am- Jazz A, Beginner Tap 1, Musical Theatre A1, Musical Theatre A2
10:30 am to 11:30 am- Jazz B, Jazz C, Tap A, Tap B, Beginner Tap 2, Musical Theatre B, Musical Theatre C
11:30 am to 12:30 pm- Jazz D, Tap C, Junior Tap Comp, Pre Int Tap Comp, Int Tap Comp, Junior Musical Theatre Comp, Int Musical Theatre Comp.
If you have you are in a class that falls into a different time slot to another class, you will just drop all your costumes at the one time. If there are siblings who’s classes are in a different time slot, they also can be dropped off at the same time.

PARTICIPATION MEDALS
Every student at The Tap Scene will receive a Participation Medal, It's my way of thanking them for their hard work throughout 2018! This medal will be presented to the students in the last 5 minutes of their last lesson of the week commencing Monday, November 26th. Parents are welcome to join us and get some happy snaps.

CHRISTMAS PARTY- SATURDAY DECEMBER 15th
All The Tap Scene students are invited to come along and celebrate the end of the year at our Christmas party at the studio. Please bring a plate of food to share, and I will supply the drinks. Drop off 3:30 pm, pick up 5:30 pm. Hope you can make it!

ENROLMENT FOR 2019
I'm currently working on my 2019 Timetable, and I hope to have this out in the next few weeks. Enrolments do not roll over, if you would like to secure a spot for 2019 you will need to re-enrol. Enrolments for 2019 will all be done online, through our website. I'll advise you when this is up and running.
