Meet Our New Board Members!
Newark native Kim Russell is excited to join the Library Board of Trustees as she knows the value the library brings to all members of the community. After a successful career in higher education administration in both New York City and Boston, she has returned home and transitioned into real estate. Kim is a local Realtor who is happy to help both sellers and buyers in this challenging market. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and volunteering with the Junior League of Rochester.
Andrea Windus – I have a passion for literacy and am thrilled to be a part of the library board. Through the years, I’ve utilized many resources the library has to offer. My husband, Todd, and I have lived in the village of Newark for 30 years and have raised two boys. I will be retiring at the end of June from the Midlakes school district where I spent many years teaching elementary school and working as a literacy specialist. I belong to an active book club and love to knit, stitch, and geocache. I look forward to my work on the board.

Please note: Silent Book Club Coffee Break and Silent Book Club evening events have all been cancelled for June, July & August. Summer is a busy time and we're recognizing that by backing off until fall, but will miss all of our regulars! We will reconvene in September & look forward to seeing you then. ~ Peg
