High school students from Oaks Christian School in Westlake Village, California, visited Maui last week on a volunteer photo assignment for ADH. Led by teacher and professional photographer, David Hessemer, the 15 students photographed ADH dogs in iconic Maui locations, from romping on the beach to posing for beautiful upcountry sunsets. Mahalo to David and his talented group of students for selecting ADH for their photography project!

Therapy Visit at Maui Memorial Hospital
For the first time in over 2 years, we were allowed to bring ADH Therapy Dogs to visit the patients and staff at Maui Memorial Hospital. Sadie and 5-month-old, puppy-in-training, Nalu, brought big smiles to everyone they met. The hospital designated a "paws from work" break-time, and staff from each floor came out to greet and pet the dogs. Everyone was delighted to see them and are looking forward to their next visit!
Puppy of the Month: Nico
Nico is 5 months old and is excelling in Kindergarten Puppy Class. He loves to train and learn new cues! Nico has a wonderful temperament...happy, confident and energetic. He's already very good while walking on a leash, and calmly sleeps under a table at a restaurant while out with his puppy raiser, Kathy Woodford. Mahalo Kathy, for doing such a wonderful job puppy-raising Nico!
