Too many leaders are unprepared for the challenges and temptations they'll face.
In many cases, their effectiveness is limited by life experiences and trauma from decades earlier. Those experiences create blind spots and unintentional roadblocks, preventing leaders from serving well—and often leading to dangerous, destructive behaviors that ruin ministries, businesses, and relationships.
That's why we created the Wholehearted Leadership Cohort.
The Cohort is a two-year intensive leadership development program, led by Jeff and Terra Mattson and our Living Wholehearted team. It's unlike any other program out there. We guide a small group of leaders through a holistic process of integrated leader development - spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and relational - with the goal of preparing them for a lifetime of integrity and wholehearted leadership.
This type of in-depth training takes a lot of time and money. But we believe it's an investment that will pay off ten-fold over a leader's lifetime.

This Giving Tuesday, we’re asking you to make it easier for a leader to attend the Cohort.
