The Wholehearted Leadership Cohort is a brand new initiative to help leaders live and lead with integrity.

We want to prepare leaders for the challenges and temptations they’ll face.
Though every leader has blind spots, it is possible to grow in health and wholeness. When leaders address the vulnerable areas in their lives, everyone in their community benefits.

That’s why we created the Wholehearted Leadership Cohort.

The Cohort is a two-year intensive leadership development initiative, led by Jeff and Terra Mattson and our Living Wholehearted executive coaching team. It’s unlike any other cohort out there. We guide a small group of leaders through a holistic process of integrated leader development—spiritual, mental, emotional, physical and relational—with the goal of preparing them for a lifetime of integrity and wholehearted leadership.

This type of in-depth training takes a lot of time and money. But we believe it’s an investment that will pay off ten-fold over a leader’s lifetime.

We’re asking you to make it easier for a leader to attend the Cohort.

Leaders are applying to participate in the Cohort now, and the first group will begin in 2021. We want to raise $16,000 to fund scholarships for leaders who cannot afford such services. Would you help invest in these leaders?
