I want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! My prayer is that you will truly experience the joy of Jesus in your heart and home this holiday season.
As we approach a new year, we want to sincerely thank all of you for your love and support in 2019. It’s been a wonderful year of God’s blessings. We’ve seen many people come to faith in Jesus Christ. I’ve enjoyed and deeply appreciate the great privilege of teaching you God’s Word, praying with you and seeing so many of you growing in your faith. I’m looking forward, with great expectation and excitement, to all God has planned for us in 2020!
As we wrap up 2019 and head into 2020, I invite you to join us for all of our special holiday services. Have a wonderful Christmas, and get ready for some great things in 2020!
Here are a few of the things we have planned:
Fourth Sunday of Advent; Love, December 22 at 10 a.m. The Sermon will be about John 3:16, "Live with God in a loving relationship."
Christmas Eve Candle Lighting Service, December 24 at 4 p.m.FeaturingSTAR-CHILD: A live nativity sight and sound presentation based upon STAR-CHILD Song by S. E. Murray.
We are exploring the possible use of some of the church's land to serve needs in the Lenox community. One area Lenox is in need of is affordable housing. We have invited Gwen Miller (Lenox Town Planner) and Marybeth Mitts (Chair of Affordable Housing Trust & Committee) to discuss needs and how we might be able to work together to provide some affordable housing. Everyone is welcome to attend
