1. SynchroMind News: "Miracles" - this word, "Miracles," is our ACIM theme for 2023. Brittany and I are continuing with this new theme in December of 2022, our preparation to transition into 2023.
A BIG "thank you" to Brittany for all the help in getting our content out into the world through the blog, the podcast, and the YouTube channel. Here's link to Brittany's vlog in case you'd like to contact her about her work.
Also, I'm experimenting here with sharing more links to shows, podcasts, vlogs, articles, books, and websites that I've found helpful, inspiring, and stimulating since the last newsletter. My aim in sharing these is to stimulate more sharing and learning within our network. If you have suggestions for this segment of the newsletter pls let me know at dasomaning@synchromind.com.
2. Marshall Goldsmith - here's a link to a podcast in which the founder of Coaching.com, Alex Pascal, interviews the grandfather of executive coaching, Marshall Goldsmith.
3. Tiger 21 CEO - here's a link to a podcast featuring the CEO of Tiger 21, Timothy Daniels; quite an impressive organization based on peer support amongst it's high net worth members around investing and life.
4. John Fetzer - here's a link to the biography of John Fetzer a mogul in the broadcasting world who also owned the Detroit Tigers baseball team in the 60s, and was also an avid student of A Course in Miracles.
5. David Rubenstein - here's a link to the vlog of David Rubenstein, the billionaire founder of the Carlyle Group. He interviews other movers and shakers.
6. Kaelyn Apple - here's a link to this Yale Ph.D. student's vlog; endlessly fascinating and inspiring look into a young person's drive to become a scholar at the intersection of law and history.
7. "Super Pumped" about Travis Kalinick's story as the former leader of Uber - here's the link to it on Showtime. This is another cautionary tale about how leadership can go sideways.
8. The Murdochs (HBO Max) - here's the link to a review of this interesting show.

This is what I wrote about Larry Page a year ago:
“Larry Page is the other half of the dynamic duo that gave us Google and Gmail. He and Sergey Brin started Google when they were both doctoral students in computer science at Stamford in the 90s.
Page, like his Google partner Brin, seems more low key than a lot of the other tech billionaires without as much scandal or media attention.
He is estimated to be the 6th wealthiest person in the world with around $120 billion.”
Now, a year later, his net worth is $84 billion and he continues as a board member and significant shareholder of alphabet, the parent company of Google.
Page is passionate about the development of flying cars, has invested in Singularity University, and is married with 2 children (from Wikipedia).

The nuggets in this section of our newsletter come mainly from our monthly A Course in Miracles (ACIM) calls. These ACIM calls have been going on in one form or another since 2010.

Our theme for 2023 is "Miracles in ACIM." Past themes have included Peace, Light, Atonement, Meditation, Forgiveness, and Love. We usually start the new theme for the upcoming year in November of the current year.
