Dear Friend.
As you can see HERE, RICI is continuing to make inroads in the local fight against anti-Semitism. Perhaps the best evidence of that is the pushback coming from RI's anti-Zionist radical left .
But there is no free lunch, and fighting anti-Semitism costs money.
A generous donor has recently offered to match the first $1000 in donations by March 31.
Please help in whatever way you can. Thank you.

Courage Was the Reason Campus Antisemites Were Beaten

by Jonathan S. Tobin /

Photo: Tufts University. Photo: Pete Jelliffe / Flickr. – It was a familiar story but with an unfamiliar conclusion. A Jewish student objected to the antisemitic slanders promoted by a student organization dedicated to Israel’s destruction. For his pains, he was targeted for harassment and then scheduled to be hauled before a disciplinary meeting at which he was likely to be impeached from his post in student government for his pro-Israel views.

The outcome — in which, for a change, the Israel-haters backed down — is not only a victory for the student. It also provides a template for others in similar situations to follow. That’s why, though dismissed by some as a tempest in an academic teacup, the drama that recently unfolded at Tufts University outside Boston is deserving of attention on the part of all those who worry about the future of American Jewry. How the language of the "New Anti-Semitism" is no different than the Nazis'.

Ricki Hollander, Senior Analyst, CAMERA

Anti-Zionists contend that anti-Zionism is a political position rooted in progressive values and principled advocacy for Palestinians whom they consider the rightful heirs to the Holy Land and that charges of anti-Semitism are just cynical smears meant to muzzle legitimate criticism of Israel. They claim that anti-Semitism is limited to the far-right, white supremacists and neo-Nazis.

It is instructive therefore to compare the language and rhetoric used by prominent anti-Zionist organizations, politicians, journalists and activists to the classic antisemitic tropes disseminated by Nazis in the prelude to and during the Holocaust.

Cancel Culture: Is Banning the Bible Next?

Mar 14, 2021  |  by

When they're done with their work then a wasteland you'll see, Not a book will be standing, and not a movie.

No-one understood the dynamics of ideological persecution and the failure of society better than German pastor Martin Niemoller.

In his famous post-World War II confessional speech, he said (in paraphrase): "First they came for the communists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a communist. Then they came for the socialists, then the trade unionists, and I did not speak out, because I was not a socialist nor a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out, because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me, and there was no one left to speak for me."

Jump 80 years forward, and ask yourself this: After "cancelling" one literary, musical, artistic, and theatrical classic after another, will be anybody left to speak for the Bible when the "woke" movement inevitably goes after the canonic text of Jewish (and Christian) civilization? Read more.

Anti-Semitism is seeping into the United States via college campuses, politics, and the internet. It is evident in both the far-left and far-right political movements that hatred towards Jews is on the rise. The International Christian Embassy Jerusalem has put together a new resource to help the Christian community better understand anti-Semitism and how to stop it.

The booklet is available to download for free and we encourage everyone to get themselves a copy and share it with people in their network.
