The Cosmos

August 2021

Dear Friend,

Often, less is more. What "it" means is in the eye - in the mindset, in the attitude, in the response - of the beholder. Also, what "less" and "more" mean. Less distractions, more focus. Less outside noise, more inward looking. Less doing, more being. More listening to the birds singing, more observing what happens around, what happens inside. More smiling at the sky, more breathing with gratitude, more attention to what matters... Less "complicated", less "later", less worrying. More passion, more initiative, more fun! More joy!

What do you CHOOSE less of? What do you CHOOSE more of?

Carpe diem!
