Dear Friend,
Leading into the Unknown. It’s what we do every day, isn’t it? This dance between needing certainty and longing for excitement, the new, the discovery is what propels each one of us. It pulls and pushes us into different directions, with a different force, for everyone in their own unique way. Do we have anything in common in the way we do it then? In how we face the world every day? Can we learn from others something that could help us, that would make us feel happier? Do we have the courage to try? To follow the songs of our hearts? To listen to ourselves? What if we fall down, what if we stumble, what if we discover that “it” wasn’t “it" after all? Or: what if we never try, never reach out, never look beyond? What happens if we don’t nurture our spirit? And what can we achieve if we do? What’s in the strategies and how much our mindset, our attitude, our thoughts, and emotions can and do influence our choices? What about fear? Do you move through, around, or above? Do you let go? How do you grieve? Do you look for solutions, avoid or take on challenges? And how does leadership play into it all? How do you lead your life, yourself, your friends, your community, the world? Aren’t there just more and more questions when you start looking in?
While writing this message to you, dear friend, I was listening to the "Leading Into The Unknown” Playlist and I felt like I was in a movie. A movie where the main character goes through my life with the soundtrack of these songs that I just played “at random”. I could see myself travel through everything that brought me to this moment. The questions you just read are the ones that I have been asking myself and I keep asking as I go ahead.
I invite you to join each other, our incredible Team, our Guest Speakers, and myself in this quest of our lives: Leading Into The Unknown!
Quoting Monica from “Friends”: "Welcome to real life. It sucks. You’re gonna love it!”

Sincerely yours,
Julia
