When COVID-19 was first declared a pandemic back in March, many of us were scared about our health, losing our jobs, increased hiring challenges, working remotely, etc. Though we are far from being in the clear, it appears that we are learning how to navigate around the virus and the economy is proving much more resilient than many had first anticipated.
In fact, Benchmark Search saw near record placement numbers in July and our August projection is exceeding expectations. Rather than ceasing hiring altogether, many companies have been simply changing the way they work by hiring virtually, adjusting their onboarding procedures, and adapting other protocols.
