ART REVEALING THE GUNFIRE EPIDEMIC.
MAKE A BOX. SEND IT IN. IT COUNTS.
There are so many reasons to look away from the gunfire epidemic right now. A global pandemic. Critical movement against systemic racism. The election season. Each could be a reason to focus our energy elsewhere, yet each is a reason why our work to end gunfire deaths and injuries remains vital. Thank you for continuing to work towards our mission.

Keep the Momentum

Social distancing moved many of our operations into backyards, basements, living rooms and parking lots across Portland. See how we're working while our workshop is closed.

Go Local

Local ARTivists (like Moms Demand Action, above, in Gilroy, CA) are getting creative with Soul Box displays while our large-scale exhibits are postponed. Fond du Lac, WI also has an exhibit.

Take Note

Thank you, Kathi Melin Eberhardt. Kathi sent us hundreds of small notepads using paper scraps left over from her Soul Boxes. Each person who dropped off Soul Boxes at our recent Boxing Days received a notebook. How do you use your scraps?

TikTok Teens

Portland’s Youth Charity League @YCL_PDX has been folding Soul Boxes. Check out their TikTok feed for some socially distanced ARTivism. Thank you for helping us honor gunfire victims, YCL.
