Changing Competitive Events Is Not Allowed After Regionals

Once students have started their competitive event journey in one event during an academic year, they are not allowed to change competitive events between the regional, state, and the national competitions without expressed approval from the state advisor. Each competitor can only compete in one individual/team event and one chapter event. Each competitor must compete in all parts of an event for award eligibility.
