Eyesight is described as:

- the ability to see, the sense of seeing, visual acuity, or view.

- the ability to think about or plan the future with imagination or wisdom.
Here are some physical exercises to strengthen the eyes:
- Sit in an upright and comfortable position keeping your head steady - Repeat each set a reasonable amount of times before moving on:
- Look up, look down
- Look left, look right
- Look upper right corner, lower right, lower left, upper left (switch direction)
- Circle eyes clockwise/counterclockwise
- Vigorously rub your palms together to generate and feel heat between your hands, then place the hands over your eyes, take a deep breath in, and exhale out your mouth. Repeat as you like.
