Are you stuck at home like us in Chicago for another month of quarantine?
Consider joining me this Saturday May 2nd, from 3-5:15pm CST for a DIY massage and yoga workshop.
I'll cover some different and hopefully new ways in which you can work on your body. We will incorporate joint mobilization exercises & movements, compressions (as I'm showing above), and stretches to relieve tension in the body. Learn how to use your own body weight, as well as how to use props, tools, and everyday objects to work on yourself.
One thing I know for sure is that when I feel good in my body it is much much easier to feel good in the other aspects of my life. Here's to feeling good together, in isolation and solidarity.
