Chamber Small Groups

It’s all in who you know, and we’d love to introduce you.

Our new Eastern Shore Chamber Small Groups are off to a wonderful start! It's a new approach to expanding your circle and having fun at the same time.  Each small group will be based on shared interests and activities beyond a business connection.  We all like to do business with people we know, and small groups are a new way to make contacts and network.  Below are some of the small groups that are forming and a link to register. Don’t worry, if a group is full, we will start a waitlist for the next group or add to the activities.

Networking at Noon

This small group is all about enjoying lunch at one of 3 restaurants featured each month along the Eastern Shore. Right now, there will be 6 spaces at the table marked with the Chamber logo. You may meet with some old friends you haven’t seen in a while or meet some new folks. It will be a different group each time!

The ES Chamber Presents
Lemonade Day 2021

Lemonade Day is coming to the Eastern Shore on November 6, 2021!

Help us empower today’s youth to be tomorrow’s entrepreneurs!

Lemonade Day is a free, fun, experiential learning program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their own business – a lemonade stand.

The foremost objective of Lemonade Day is to empower youth to take ownership of their lives and become productive members of society – the business leaders, social advocates, volunteers, and forward thinking citizens of tomorrow.

Each child that registers receives a backpack with an Entrepreneur Workbook that teaches them the lessons of Lemonade Day like creating budgets, setting profit-making goals, serving customers, repaying investors, and giving back to the community. Along the way, they acquire skills in goal-setting, problem solving, and gain self-esteem critical for future success. They keep all the money they make and are encouraged to spend some, save some and share some.
