This month on the blog we hear from 2020 Diana Award recipients Joana, Amy and Lottie.

In honour of International Women’s Day, we hear from the founder of She Dot, a social enterprise aiming to bridge the socio-economic gap for girls pursuing traditionally male careers. As a frequent public speaker, activist and board adviser, Joana is going above and beyond to tackle gender inequality.

As Development Officer of Sanintree, Amy works to tackle period poverty and stigma around menstruation. She has collaborated with several charities and NGO’s in the UK and Scotland to improve female empowerment and tackle period poverty.

We also catch-up with 2020 Diana Award recipient, Lottie, to explore how we can all help de-stigmatise mental health and dispel myths relating to eating disorders.
