Best holiday wishes from all of us here at the Mike Dunfee Group.   It is a time of year for being with family, reflecting on the past year and preparing for the next.    It is also a time of year for gratitude, and we are so thankful for all of our clients, vendors, industry cohorts, and the many people who come to us looking for help with their real estate questions and needs.   We feel so blessed to have the opportunity to serve our clients and the Long Beach community.  I know I could not do it without my fantastic team who helps me keep our promises to you. 

There is a lot of unknowns going into next year with changes in the tax laws, tenant laws, the economy and just the level of uncertainty that we face in today's world.  With all of that being said, I do feel that we as a team are more prepared than ever to tackle everything this next year brings. The Mike Dunfee Group will be ready to help our clients not only get through these complexities but thrive in them.
