I am happy to report that the market is picking up in almost every way.  Prices are increasing, and properties are beginning to move.  We have new listings hitting the market, and they are selling quickly.  I encourage you to check out the new homes we have listed for sale, in escrow, and for lease.  I have also started a new video blog about property management subjects.  We get many questions on the topics I will be covering and will continue to make them each month.  I will also continue to talk about local goings-on in the local community.  There are so many exciting things happening in Long Beach and I enjoy giving my take on these topics.  I hope you enjoy and make it a great month.
