Greetings friends

Amidst the crisis of youth unemployment we see HOPE. It is emerging in our Job Clubs and we report below on the dignity of work established and new life in Jesus Christ, nurtured and growing.
Share the Joy, share the Hope as you read below.

The last time we spoke, Jesu Club had just begun and had seen three people employed, with two members embarking on their plumbing courses. We had seen a leadership team emerge who were co-ordinating the club together.

IZenzo and The Kusaidiana have been working together for the last year. We have worked on launching the job club in Kwanobuhle which you can read about here. Earlier this year Ilse Terblanche had a meeting with Kaya Nkumbesi where she proposed both groups plus Joy to the nations church would partner together to run workshops that will aid people to upskill.

This club started because the school principal had seen the matrics who didn’t qualify for university still face a hopeless future of unemployment.

Izenzo’s Objectives

Assisting churches implement Job Clubs using the Job Club manual
Develop online teaching videos on setting up Job Clubs and Small Enterprise Clubs.
Growing and expanding the foundations and reach of Izenzo
Developing materials for us with school career and job clubs
