Junior Successes

A number of older Maroc juniors have had a busy weekend representing both Great Britain and Scotland.

Eilidh Campbell and Matthew Gooch travelled with the British team to the Ardeche region of France,  to compete at the Junior European Cup. Eilidh achieved some fantastic results finishing 21st in the sprint, 17th in the long distance and 12th in the relay. Matthew consolidated his international experience with individual 40th and 41st  positions in a field of some 80 runners and 27th place for the team in the relay.

Adam Barrie, Catriona Chapman, Joel Gooch, Ewan Musgrave, Amber Graham, Ali Chapman and Kirsty Campbell were all part of the successful Scottish team competing in the Junior Inter Regional Championships in Yorkshire. There was a win for Kirsty in the W18 individual race and great second places from Joel in M16 and Adam in M14. Kirsty, Adam and Ewan were also part of the second placed Scottish relay teams on the Sunday.
