Sunday Message:
Navigating Oneness:
Yikes! We Really Are in This Together

with Rev. Amani Malaika
Special Music by the ABQ CSL Players

So, yay! We are all One.... Now what?

I keep having images of little kids riding in the station wagon back seat, strapped in, screaming, "He's touching me!!!!" And it's not too different from some of the interactions in the grocery store these days. How do we navigate all this Oneness when it keeps touching us??? When folks won't wear a mask, when they won't keep their distance? When we are arguing with our beloveds over trash bags or toothpaste?

We start at the only place we can. With ourselves.

Join us online this Sunday in our virtual sanctuary to get some practical steps in navigating Oneness in the midst of a global pandemic.

To learn more about how SpiritGroups works, read about the summer offerings, and get the link to sign up, go to ABQCSL's website.  Plan to attend your first SpiritGroup session on Zoom during Connection Week (week of July 19). There will also be some important logistical business to take care of, so please do attend even if you are already sure you want to be in the group for all 8-10 weeks.  Then, once you attend the first session (Week 1 is the week of July 26), you commit to stay in the group for the duration.  This commitment ensures connection and stability as the group grows together. Love has no awareness of merit or demerit; it has no scale by which its portion may be weighed or measured. It does not seek to balance giving or receiving. Love loves; this is its nature.

The nature of Love is to love, and the greatest expression of love that one can demonstrate is loving kindness.
