FTD Support Group in Birmingham, AL

People in the Birmingham area who are caring for someone living with FTD are invited to attend a local support group, hosted by AFTD volunteer Amber Guy. The group meets twice a month: once in person, and once via Zoom.

This month, an elder care attorney will join the group to answer questions and speak to the legal concerns that families of a person diagnosed with FTD may face.

We know how isolated caregivers of loved ones with FTD can feel, and how helpful it can be to talk to others experiencing similar situations. Connecting with others who understand FTD can be a lifeline for emotional support, practical problem-solving, and finding resources. We hope you join Amber to take part in this crucial source of support.
