From a Q&A with a casting director to tarot reading tips to self-tape help, our workshops offered tangible skills with nearly 18 different Workshops throughout the year.

- Keys built relationships at every level: procured agents through RoK, found new artistic collaborators because of RoK, and were hired for jobs through our RoK Directory
- Developed RoK Community Partnerships: Parity Productions, National Queer Theater, Broadway Unlocked, and Maestra Music
- Leadership Team attended Nicole Brewer’s Anti-Racist Theatre Training
- Created new Code of Conduct for Key Members
- Developed Keys BIPOC Committee
- Developed Ring of Keys Advisory Council
- Held our annual Town Hall presented by Broadway Unlocked’s Virtual Venue
- Became the proud recipient of A.R.T. / NY's Theatre Leadership Program grant
- Developed a 5 year strategic plan with the consulting services of Forge NYC
- Grew our Volunteer Team to include a Development department
- Created a London Ring of Keys Chapter
- Uplifted, amplified, and spotlighted HUNDREDS of Keys (!!!)
