GET TO WORK is a collaboration of 19 community partners addressing the need to diversify the theater workforce by providing real facts and plans for action.

Ring of Keys is proud to be a community partner of this initiative.

We gather resources to provide the public with toolkits and other best practices curated by our partners in order to educate and activate those who wish to be part of a more inclusive future for the theater.

Our Co-Founder and Executive Director, Andrea Prestinario, (she/her) is passing the torch as Executive Director of Ring of Keys. Read her statement here and our Board of Directors' Statement here. We are currently accepting applications for our next Executive Director.

Ring of Keys seeks a passionate and tenacious leader who brings with them a strong nonprofit work experience, a passion for queer representation, and fundraising skills to help guide the organization into its next chapter.

Did you miss our concert with Cabaret On The Couch for Pride month? The recording is available here! Cabaret On The Couch is a monthly virtual concert series bringing artists together in support of arts organizations in New York and beyond. The evening featured a number of Keys, including Devon Hayakawa (she/they/he), Avery Nusbaum (they/she), Andi Lee Carter (he/they), Meagan Michelson (she/her), Achilles Mulkey (he/they), Allison Beauregard (she/her), and Blanca del Loco (she/they).
