Build An ADHD-Friendly Creative Process with Sarah DeGrave (she/her)
Monday, February 20, 2023, from 7pm EST-9pm EST on Zoom.
Creative practices are usually all about consistency. ADHD brains are not. If you’re trying to live up to an ideal vision of what you think your creative practice “should” look like, you’re likely just causing yourself extra grief, without actually making much progress toward your artistic goals.
In this 2-hour workshop, you’ll learn tricks and tips for building a creative practice that works for YOU. We’ll touch on everything from the logistics (when, where, how) to the deeper purpose behind your practice. And we’ll even tackle that oh-so-complicated relationship with consistency.
Most creatively-wired brains work a little bit differently than the average bear, so if you’re struggling with creating a creative practice that feels good and sustainable, or if you just want to get some new ideas to reinvigorate your practice, feel free to join us - no ADHD diagnosis necessary!
