UPCOMING WORKSHOP- ZOOM
Reducing Stress in Theater Spaces: Intro to the Resilience Toolkit
led by Key Alison Novelli (they/them/she)

FREE for Keys. $10 for Non-Keys.
ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Let’s be honest: creating art is **** stressful! But what if that stress didn’t have to be so draining?

Enter stage left The Resilience Toolkit! This liberation-based framework helps you understand your stress/relaxation cycle, discern when it’s helping you, and when it’s hurting you, and provides a series of practical tools to shift stress in the moment. Join Certified Resilience Toolkit Facilitator, Alison Novelli for this workshop so you can get back to doing what you love and feel more grounded and yourself.

Fun fact: Resilience can be learned. Are you curious how?

🔑 KEY SPOTLIGHT: Ann James 🔑

Huge congrats to our newest Board Member and Key, Ann James (she/they)! Ann was recently honored at the A.R.T./New York 2022 Gala!

You might remember her work partnering with us and directing, Queering the Canon: SONDHEIM at Joe's Pub this past February, but Ann has also done incredible work as a intimacy director—most recently making their debut as the first Black Intimacy Coordinator of Broadway for Antoinette Nwandu’s PASS OVER.

Congrats, Ann and welcome to our Board of Directors!
